- Leading the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinating project activities, resources, and tasks to ensure timely and successful execution
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including donors, partner organizations, and community members
- Communicating project goals, progress, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders through various channels, including meetings, reports, and presentations
- Overseeing the scholarship application process from start to finish, including promotion, application review, selection, and notification
- Collaborating with the scholarship committee to establish criteria, evaluate applications, and make award decisions
- Providing support and guidance to scholarship applicants throughout the application process, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience
- Managing project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
- Allocating resources efficiently to support project activities and deliverables, maximizing impact while minimizing waste
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluation metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of projects
- Monitoring project progress against established targets and milestones, making adjustments as necessary to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and relevant correspondence
- Preparing regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and lessons learned
- Providing guidance and support to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Identifying training needs and opportunities for skill development among project staff and partners
- Minimum 3-5 years of Executive Assistant
- Experience managing small to medium projects
- Experience working in Technology or have a passion for that world
