GHD has a new job opportunity, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator, who will assist in the delivery of the internal communications plan that supports our Americas business strategy.Responsibilities:

Provide program management support to Communications Advisor, Americas
Support delivery of internal communication campaigns and programs across Canada, USA and Chile
Coordinate, develop and proofread content in English for variety of channels (internal intranet, newsletters, collateral, video)
Support internal event development and execution
Track and monitor data to help analyze the success of our campaigns and programs
Collaborate across Americas and Centers of Excellence to deliver programs

Qualification:

Required proficiency in English language (written and verbal)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field of study
6-10 years of internal communications experience
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written - an open communication style
Works effectively with numerous stakeholders and builds good working relationships
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills with ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines ·
Comes forward with solutions to challenges/issues
Demonstrable experience in data analytics and tools
Solid computer skills, including MS Office and marketing software such as Salesforce
Program management software experience is a bonus (i.e. 'Monday.com' or 'Airtable')
