In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all backend operations. As a hands-on leader, you will not only oversee the technical direction but also actively contribute to coding and system design, leveraging your expertise to foster innovation and excellence within the team. Your leadership will play a key role in achieving excellence in our services and maintaining our position as the number one visual AI editing and optimization solution in the automotive industry.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:Team Leadership and Development: Lead a team of 3-5 Backend developers, ensuring effective onboarding, continuous training, and performance management. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.Hands-On Technical Leadership: Directly engage in coding and problem-solving, embody a "lead by example" approach to uphold high standards and foster innovation within the team.Code Quality: Promote and ensure the production of clean, efficient, and well-tested code. Mentor team members in adhering to best coding practices.Backend Architecture: Drive the enhancement of our backend architecture to ensure scalability, efficiency, and innovation.Ownership and Management: Take ownership of critical backend components such as APIs, processing pipelines, and feature development.
