- Responsible for technical product development for the existing product SDO 50 V3 and the next generation product
- Oversight and active involvement in all technical projects
- Shape and own all technology aspects of the strategy
- Line responsibility for the Design Organization and the Production Organization with more than 30 people and growing
- Leading a multidisciplinary engineering team through the entire aircraft design cycle, which includes concept definition, specification, design, integration, testing, validation, and certification
- Oversee design processes, including interdisciplinary alignment, optimization, and validation
- Support, coordinate and facilitate the interface between Design, Production, and Sales
- Lead and oversee quality initiatives in development and production
- Drive organizational development including supply chain management & quality management
- Manage relationships with key suppliers
- Oversee project portfolio of all product development and production related projects
- Take responsibility in technical feasibility discussions with customers
- Coach team members, e.g., the Head of Design Organization and the Head of Production
- Higher education, e.g. Master in aerospace engineering, systems engineering, mechanical engineering or similar
- 15+ years of experience in product development in the aerospace industry
- 10+ years of experience in leading development teams
- Multiple years of experience in project management
- Advanced experience in requirements management
- High degree of flexibility and working in a dynamic and growing company
- High interest in aviation, technology and organizational development

- Work experience in the uncrewed aviation industry and experience with corresponding regulatory requirements
- Aircraft Certification experience
