- Dedicated focal point for maintaining the PL Standards, Process Maps, Procedures and job cards and carrying our reviews and revisions as required.
- Monitor performance measures to ensure good performance is maintained and areas for improvement are identified and acted upon.
- Ensure that a high-quality service is offered to own and other departments on all occasions.
- Always maintain close liaison with Key PL personnel
- Ensure best practice associated with industry technical standards is maintained at all times.
- Participate in event investigations and carry our peer reviews
- Assisting in people development by contributing his expertise and working with the training manager in developing practical training material.
- Maintain active participation in improving the quality and HSE management system and bring to the attention of senior management any HSE issues that require their attention.
- Review traceability and certification of existing “fleet equipment”
- Identify and exploit any opportunity for business improvement.
- Chair regular meetings to discuss operational issues and share updates on latest company policies, structure, future plans, technologies and safety/quality related topics.
- Implementing and sustaining improvement on equipment service quality through role out of best practice.
- Supporting ongoing improvement programmes.
- Support HSEQ / SCM during audits on Key Vendors.
- Monitor and audit operational, engineering and workshop activities to ensure best practices are followed and support where required. May be required to travel offshore.
- Extensive experience and technical knowledge of relevant equipment and services.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Previous Supervisory experience
