Minimum Qualifications: · 10+ years of experience in Peoplesoft Financials applications (a must-have). · Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. · Knowledge of Finance and Accounting, including General Ledger, Close activities, FP&A, internal controls such as SOX compliance, vendor management, and T&E. · Willingness to work in a hybrid model with a distributed team across multiple locations and time zones. · Ability to identify process and system improvement opportunities. · Strong English written and verbal communication skills. · Preferred experience in the Energy & Utilities sector. · Knowledge and exposure to Powerplan and OneStream applications is an added advantage. · Experience in incident management and resolution of L1 and L2 technical issues on these applications is a nice-to-have. Key Responsibilities: · Perform finance process and finance systems technical support while adhering to key SLAs. · Provide inputs on improving underlying processes and efficiently managing user support requirements, including automation via workflow, RPAs, etc. · Participate and lead in managing system improvement and enhancement projects, including tracking progress, capturing project goals and requirements, conducting user acceptance testing, and providing user training. · Ensure timely resolution of tickets allocated to respective teams. · Interact with various stakeholders in the Finance function to understand and enable their requirements in terms of systems performance and support. · Participate and support month-end close, year-end close activities, and quarterly and annual planning exercises. · Support finance stakeholders in pulling data and reports for audit queries, FERC reporting, and processing master data change/update requests.
