Our London-based team is integral to TikTok's eCommerce success, collaborating closely with Creators, Merchants, and Agencies. We are responsible for devising and implementing strategies that drive growth and efficiency, supported by a culture of transparency and trust.Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive strategic initiatives for User Growth (UG), working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Analytical Direction: Lead the process of defining comprehensive strategies for customer ROI, segmentation, acquisition costs, and review of experimental outcomes.
- Executive Communication: Engage and manage communications with senior stakeholders, delivering strategic proposals that are clear, concise, and impactful.
- Visionary Ownership: Take full ownership of the strategy from conception to execution, continuously seeking innovative solutions and improvements to drive user growth.
- Team Development: Act as a mentor and coach, developing a strong team capable of executing strategies effectively. Foster an environment that encourages professional growth and development.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a quantitative field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in operational strategy or consulting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on data analysis and/or data science.
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and build consensus amongst cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of mentoring and developing talent.Preferred Qualifications.
- Prior success in user value/lifetime value enhancement or user acquisition strategy is highly preferred.
