Company : A Large Global Organization Key Skills: IMS (Laboratory Information Management System), Validation, chromatography data system, Empower, Openlab, CSV Roles and Responsibilities: Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Laboratory tools, providing day-to-day administration and support. Configure and administer R&D IT applications for data backup, archival, data integrity, and access control using installed applications such as Agilent OpenLab, Compliance Builder, Acronis, etc. Provide R&D site support, handling tickets and incidents in Service Now while adhering to SLA norms. Gather requirements and provide guidance to lab users for any new installations of quality workstations/instruments. Provide consultation for setting up new lab instruments and prerequisites with lab Single Point of Contact (SPOC). Support Computer System Validation activities including Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ). Administer and troubleshoot GxP Workstations, coordinating with vendors or cross-functional teams for any application issues. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary evidence/documents. Participate in local/global projects and provide necessary technical support. Stay updated on new and emerging technologies within the area of technical expertise and serve as a resource to other offices/employees. Responsible for the system ownership of assigned tools and applications, including system procedures and change control activities. Communicate project status, solutions, and contingency plans, disseminating information in a timely manner to the team and stakeholders. Skills Required: Experience in Laboratory tools and Computerized System Validation in R&D Environment. Hands-on experience with Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) such as Empower, as well as non-CDS Lab systems/tools like Malvern, Instron, Tiamo, etc. Proficiency in Windows server administration, Windows 10, and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with Computer System Validation processes for analytical instruments and Enterprise applications. Experience with backup tools and enterprise applications like Openlab and compliance builder. Understanding of the architecture of enterprise applications hosted on AWS and On-premises. Knowledge of lab equipment integration with workstations and associated tools/applications. Understanding of Enterprise LAN/WAN network connectivity and troubleshooting techniques. Experience with Service desk tools and awareness of ITIL processes for change management and ticket handling. Familiarity with LIMS, Blue Mountain RAM, and data integrity tools. Good understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in Pharma/Medical products companies. Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively in a global team environment. Ability to work independently, under minimal direct supervision. Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required. Creativity in addressing technical challenges. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biotech/Pharma, or equivalent degree with relevant experience required, including 3+ years in a technical or laboratory environment.
