- Achieve revenue and margin targets by developing strong relationships with distribution partners.
- Drive growth by collaboratively building and supporting execution of commercial initiatives with the channel partners.
- Lead best practices of funnel management: setting regular cadence of funnel review with our partners, providing coaching (technical and commercial) to gain market shares.
- Work closely with the SEA marketing team to ensure all marketing campaigns are executed by all channel partners.
- Drive market intelligence improvement to identify market opportunities by
- Capturing actionable insights on vertical markets' customers' need
- Understanding competitor positioning strengths and weaknesses.
- Maintaining active sales relationships with existing potential GSA/NSA accounts.
- Voice of customer: ensuring local market demands are fed back into the SEA marketing team.
- Build business cases to capture market opportunities.
- Prepare process, funnel and forecast on a weekly basis for management and finance review.
- Understand channel partners' challenges and effectively communicate any potential improvements initiatives.
- Willing to travel in country up to 75% of the time.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor or master's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineer or related field
- At least 10 years of sales and partner management
- Experience in B2B selling, background with industrial printer or other industrial products
- Working in the Thailand market understanding the competitive landscape would be the plus
- Excellent in English communication
- Self-discipline, able to work under pressure, and be flexibility to work
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- Able to travel upcountry
