This person will help deliver quality homes to buyers and provide prompt, efficient, quality service to homeowners.The Customer Care Coordinator will respond to warranty requests, dispatch Service Technicians, track completion and quality of service, generate reports, and work closely with subcontractors to manage the billing and invoice processes.
