- Use your analytical skills and knowledge to lead a wide range of industry leading projects. Work with wider analytics teams & client leadership to deliver the projects to your clients.
- Collaborate with the team and the wider agency to deploy and develop new tools and solutions that support:
- Budget setting
- Scenario planning
- Media optimisation
- Develop measurement plans which feed into providing actionable insights for Brand campaigns or key Performance campaign initiatives.
- Work as a team to build compelling, data-driven stories in Post campaign reviews, presenting the results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Bring a new and interesting analytical techniques to the team, and be willing to educate others in their practical use.
- Leading stakeholder management on certain areas of the client portfolio.
- Demonstrable and proven experience in a data & insight role; understanding and or/experience of how analytical techniques/models are used in marketing. Previous agency or consultancy background is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyse data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Technical experience in analytical programming languages - basic understanding of SQL is advantageous to support the team as needed, additional programming languages are valued.
- Equally importantly, a knack for presenting complex data in clear & simple formats that cuts-through the noise and allows audiences to focus on key insights.
- A natural collaborator, and enthusiastic about building relationships across agency disciplines.
- Knowledge of the advertising and communications landscape. Clear understanding of how marketing works.

- Previous experience managing or supporting junior members of the team
