- Client Master Data maintenance, ensure accuracy of the Client Master Data in the ERP systems
- Perform accurate and timely billing, in compliance with defined policies and procedures
- Accurately and timely perform all activities, according to the guidelines received from Direct Manager and proactively raise and communicate issues/bottlenecks
- Distribute sales invoices in accordance with standard process and internal procedures
- Communicate billing related information to various stakeholders as and when required
- Cooperation with business departments (delivery teams)
- Interact and interface with TMF Local offices & other Group departments and other relevant stakeholders as and when required
- Ensuring positive atmosphere in the team
- Follows defined internal policies and procedures
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc supporting data for reporting based on requests from Senior team members
- Report periodically or upon request
- Participation in continuous process improvement
- University/College Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Able to maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness.
- Good command of English (both verbal and written) A2-B1
- MS Office knowledge
- Good communication and ability to work in the team
