The selected candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating third-party events, supporting in-mall marketing campaigns, and providing administrative support to the team.RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate landlord campaigns, third-party/tenant events with internal and external parties
Support in-mall marketing & promotion campaigns and on-site operations
Assist in executing marketing & promotion campaigns, including materials preparation and coordination work
Provide account & administrative support to the team
Liaise with internal parties and external customers
Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing-related field from a sizable organization is preferred.
Develops and delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audience
Actively learning through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learning opportunities
Using a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses
Detail-oriented, multi-task and responsible
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Fresh graduates with relevant part-time or internship experiences will also be considered
