- Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports.
- Report on marketing campaigns, kpis, leads, mqls, and conversion rates leveraging tools such as Marketo and Salesforce; actively providing actionable insights to the broader marketing team to help improve campaign performance and identify growth levers to set strategic direction.
- Partner with marketing vertical leads to make better, faster, data-driven decisions–to enable them to achieve business objectives and deliver growth for the company.
- Regularly monitor MQL data and report on any irregularities.
- Solve key challenges, such as, attribution, lead routing and follow-up, program automation, data accuracy, funnel analysis, and forecasting for all marketing channels (for new logo acquisition and customer growth).
- Build for scale by automating reporting, documenting definitions and processes pertaining to marketing data.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to identify business growth opportunities or funnel challenges
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, operations or analytics experience.
- 1+ year of experience with using advanced Excel functions and/or SQL.
- At least 1 year of experience using Marketing technologies such as Marketo/Hub spot, Sales force, Google Analytics, VWO, Drift etc
- Deep knowledge of statistical analysis, and data visualization best practices, including experience with Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio and more.
- Able to communicate, influence, and reason effectively.
- Demonstrated success driving business strategy by empowering decision-makers with data and insights, developing frameworks, and driving learning agendas.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and collaborative skills with proven experience in end-to-end project ownership across multiple teams.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment with the ability to navigate gray areas by making decisions and developing new processes and workflows.
