- Leading Pan-India Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations.
- Partnering with SBUs to collate Manpower plan and budget, ensuring that hirings are basis the approved plan and budget through out the year.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine current and future staffing needs and syncing the needs with availability of talent in the market.
- Managing the TA process right from sourcing to onboarding within the specified timelines with strict adherence to TA policy and keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding activities and ensuring new employees are settled well.
- Managing the Talent Management process for the organization and different initiatives associated with it as per annual strategy (eg. HiPO program, restructuring initiatives, manpower optimization projects, etc.)
- Maintain and periodically update the job description database across all departments and levels in collaboration with respective SBUs.
- Developing and managing the vendors associated with TA and TM processes. Vendor performance evaluation, ROI, etc.
- Represent employer in community and recruiting events.
- Ensure timely preparation and sharing of periodic MIS reports with Reporting Manager.
- Supporting in other HR functions as required by Director HR from time to time.
- Supporting in Learning & Development activities:
- Ensuring that the trainings are conducted well as per the calendar and any gaps or changes in the training plan to be tracked against actuals.
- Reporting the training hours and maintain the training MIS as per location & employees.
- Ensuring the facilitation of external trainings if any, with appropriate approvals and supporting the logistics and coordination for the same.
- Ensuring that the dept. KPIs or learning goals of the org. are adequately met.
- Supporting in overall Generalist HR activities as per requirement.
