We are actively seeking qualified KS2 teachers to join our pool of supply staff in Birmingham. As a KS2 supply teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum to primary students. This role provides flexibility, enabling you to choose your working schedule.Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver dynamic lessons tailored to the diverse needs of KS2 students.
Foster a positive and conducive learning environment conducive to academic and personal growth.
Establish effective communication with students, colleagues, and parents to cultivate a collaborative learning community.
Adhere to school policies and procedures, including implementing effective behavior management strategies.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
Proven experience teaching KS2 students within a primary school setting.
Strong behavior management skills and the ability to adapt to different classroom dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
