Which is where you join the journey.WHAT TO EXPECTWe are actively in pursuit of an accomplished Tooling Launch Engineer.As a Tooling Launch Engineer, you will be to ensure all tools are seamlessly integrated into production, liaising with toolroom, and SGME to prioritise work. You will need to be able to manage various stakeholders, have good project management skills, with the ability to manage your own time and have the confidence to make decisions.You will be working within the Halewood Press launch team focusing on tooling delivery and integration. The role is a technical role which will support plant and Stamping in successfully bringing in all die sets to PSW standard into the Press shop.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

- EMA Die Maintainability
- Reporting to Launch Leader
- Working closely with Toolroom and stamping Engineering
- Working in a flexible, multi-disciplined department
- Consulting with all levels of associates and management including contractors
- Significant knowledge of tool / die design, manufacture and maintenance
- Significant knowledge of facility maintenance; World Class Maintenance, autonomous maintenance, TPM
- Some knowledge of Press Shop processes
- Co-ordination and planning workload
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong quality focus
- Use of CAD software packages eg Catia, 3D experience

- Detailed understanding of JLR Tooling Design Standards
