• Formulate thematic plans and combined items,
• Collect fashion information and popular elements to analyse prevailing trends, and guide product development on designing, redressing and choosing,
• Complete development planning and product positioning, control costs and quality on development, and continuously optimise products,
• Communicates with suppliers and knows how to negotiate prices,
• Understanding fabric types,
• Able to understand current fashion and bestselling models,
• Introduce and manage high-quality suppliers to improve the category structure and quality,
• Must have experience in women's clothing,
• Preferably with design knowledge.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred. With majors related to fashion design,
• At least 2-year experience in focused fast fashion is prefered,
• Knowledge of English and Turkish,
• Skilled in summarising and analysing bestsellers/slow movers, tapping into potential demands and respond quickly to the development of new products,
• Familiar with local clothing suppliers and able to develop and manage good suppliers,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours.
