- Present Business Performance to senior management, connecting the dots across various Hotels and Car-Hire areas, and summarizing product updates to understand their impact on overall business performance
- Proactively find opportunities to enhance user experience within designated Product areas through insightful analysis, working in tandem with User Research and Design
- Actively contribute to building an increasingly data-driven, user-centric culture
- Collaborate with the experimentation squad to enhance the experimentation platform and streamline processes, fostering a culture of experimentation and accelerating decision-making to drive business growth
- Oversee the design and execution of A/B tests, ensuring accurate decision-making and knowledge sharing
- Define key success metrics and targets across the user journey, implementing robust reporting solutions
- Provide training to Product team members for self-service data access and analysis for routine use cases.
- Design and develop dashboard and data visualisations to monitor product
- You have worked 5+ years in a product analytics role with a track record of influencing Product decisions with actionable user insights
- You excel at communicating findings as clear narratives to partners at all levels of the business
- Fluent in English with exceptional presentation and communication skills
- You can analyse large amounts of data using programming languages such as SQL or Python
- You have strong data visualisation skills and experience with analytical platforms such as Tableau.
- You have statistical competence (such as Experimental design, A/B testing, Regression Modelling, etc)
- You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with teammates from a variety of disciplines
- You can manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- You collaborate to identify and scope out new opportunities to positively impact Skyscanner's product and vision
- You're skilled in solving loosely defined challenges, working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Experience with Python or PySpark for data analysis
- Experience of App/Web analytics in the e-commerce sector
- Experience with a web-based platform for working with Spark such as Databricks
