- Implement the commercial strategy for the business unit.
- Lead and develop a small commercial team for the business unit.
- Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms are favourable for both the business unit and the client.
- Implement, attend, and present at monthly project reviews to interrogate their performance.
- Lead the review of forecasts and cost reports to the client on a monthly basis.
- Assist as required with work winning activities, including attendance at client presentations for tender interviews.
