- Achievement of monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets within agreed timelines
- Stock/expiry monitoring at institutional, customer, and distributor levels
- Implementation of marketing strategies and plans
- Prospecting and developing new client relationships within a defined geography or Pakistan market
- Building & maintaining strong & credible relationships with the c-suite of the respective customers
- Visiting clinics, hospitals, and other institutes to collect market feedback and build product advocacy to develop sales
- Continuously improve product, disease, market knowledge, and promotion skills through self-reading and attending all relevant trainings assigned by the Management
- Effective & productive database sales call
- Corporate image building with ethics and behavior
- In-depth knowledge of customers and large account profiles of their territory & update when required
- Preparation/recommendations for tender business
- Maintaining existing Large accounts
- Regular reporting on day-to-day activities
- Additional tasks assigned by the management from time to time
- University degree (in science / related field/Lab) or a Marketing degree with an aptitude for medical/technical information
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales experience
- Understanding of the medical device industry
- Medical device product knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, word, powerpoint)
- Outstanding written and oral communication
- Extensive industry contacts
