Responsibilities & ContextChecking the purchase requisition of my assigned SBU every day in ERP system and understand the scope of material/ service.Sorting out the requisition as per the type of the purchase requisition such as product type wise and service type wise.Sharing the requisition to the vendor/ contractors and communicating with them properly to collect quotation (RFQ).Negotiating with the vendors by using negotiation tools and preparation of comparative statement.Collecting Management approval on the CS and preparation of the purchase order on the ERP system.Sharing the purchase order with the vendor and tracking the delivery schedule of the material.Making sure of MRR/ SRR in the ERP system by communicating with concern store officers.Receiving, checking & submission of the bill to billing section.Ensuring the payment of the vendor as per the purchase order terms & conditions.Reporting to supervisor for any urgent & critical issues regarding any difficulties.Making sure of urgent (emergency) payment/ pay orders.Making sure of urgent (emergency) product/ service delivery.Knowledge sharing with the team mates/ colleagues (brainstorming) to develop ourselves as a team/ department.Improving skill by continuously attending training sessions arranged by office and as well as by self-arrangement.Purchasing products/ service with credit facility.Regularly survey the market to create new vendor, understanding new product to develop the product quality.Visiting factory regularly to follow upcoming scope of works.Shipping bulk quantity at a time rather than several times to reduce monthly cost.Skills & ExpertiseExcellent interpersonal and communication skills Google Suite Local Procurement Negotiation Persuasion Skills Sourcing and Procurement Strategic ProcurementCompensation & Other Benefits
