This position is a 12-month minimum apprenticeship contract (september 2024), designed for an individual who is eager to dive deep into the dynamics of social media management within a forward-thinking team, contributing to the continuous engagement and growth of our online communities across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook & Asian platforms. The ideal candidate will be directly reporting to a Social Media Manager and is expected to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table, stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in social media, and work collaboratively with customer service teams, content creators, and analysis tools to enhance our social media presence and effectiveness.
  • Social Media strategy implementation: Assist in the development and execution of multi-platform social media strategies that align with our French fashion-sport brand's objectives, enhancing visibility and engagement with our target audience.
  • Project management: Assist the social media manager in developing relevant and performing orchestrations for products and campaign launches on all our social channels.
  • Trend monitoring: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating innovative ideas into our social media presence to maintain relevance and captivate our audience.
  • Content creation and curation: Collaborate with partners and influencers to produce and curate visually appealing and brand-aligned content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X, showcasing our products and brand narrative.
  • Performance analysis: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns, leveraging insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR to synchronize social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive brand messaging.
  • Brand compliance: Ensure all social media content and interactions adhere to brand guidelines and values, maintaining the French-fashion sport essence of our brand identity.
ProfileCurrently completing the final year of studies in a digital-related field (business, engineering, university, or marketing), with a strong commitment, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and meticulously.Skills
  • A passion for digital communication and marketing.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with tracking tools such as Emplifi.
  • Exceptional writing and oral communication skills.
  • Good writing and oral level of English.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager.
  • Basic knowledge of web analytics.
