We are:Wisevu (pronounced Wiseview) is a well-established and highly experienced remote digital marketing agency, founded in 2008, with headquarters in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and Split Croatia.We are a team of highly skilled and passionate remote web developers, web designers, SEO engineers, and digital marketing experts helping essential businesses through industry-leading digital marketing solutions.We are looking for:We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Website Content Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire digital content marketing production process of your assigned clients/pod, from project initiation to execution and delivery. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams (development, content, design) to ensure successful project execution.Requirements
  • Project Management: You will be involved in the entire content development process, which includes conducting client interviews to gather key insights, writing content briefs for other writers, writing/editing content, and communicating with designers/developers to ensure the content looks great on live websites and marketing platforms. You'll wear the project manager hat, ensuring all content marketing projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Wisevu standards. This involves developing project plans, tracking new and ongoing projects, managing resources/teams, and ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: A key aspect of your role will be conversion rate optimization. This involves auditing content and landing pages on client websites to ensure they are visually appealing, resonate with the target market and adhere to both client and Wisevu standards.
  • Team Leadership: A core part of your job will be to lead, manage, and hold the production team Accountable. You'll be a leader, providing guidance and support to a team of talented SEO specialists, paid ads specialists, copywriters, designers, developers, and social media specialists. You'll supervise, mentor, and foster a collaborative environment and ensure everyone is working towards shared goals.
  • Process Optimization: You'll be tasked with identifying areas for improvement in the content production process, identifying bottlenecks, eliminating wasteful activities, streamlining workflows, and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generating insightful reports and presentations that track project performance, identify trends, and measure the success of content marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in content production/management, ideally within a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
  • High follow-through, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Tech savvy and able to quickly learn new software tools.
  • Proficient in using leading digital marketing platforms/software.
  • Proficient in project management tools.
  • Proactive, with a strong initiative and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
Highly Desired:
  • Certification in Project Management like Scrum Master/ PMP.
  • Experience with digital marketing best practices in SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, conversion rate optimization, and web development).
  • Understanding of content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication and client management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient.
Work-timings
  • Able to provide at least 5 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday).
  • Weekends are also optional for additional income.
