- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the OEM customer base in Europe.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends, staying ahead of competitors and positioning our client as a leader in the marine equipment industry.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer service.
- Leading a direct team of 2 people.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management, keeping them informed of sales performance and market dynamics.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry standards affecting the marine equipment market in Europe, ensuring compliance and adherence to quality standards.
