Join our dynamic Business Support team and play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our various departments! As the HR Systems Administrator, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining our HCM Oracle system, supporting end users, and driving process excellence.Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for HR system queries, providing timely and accurate assistance or escalating when necessary.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, collaborating with teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Support end-to-end testing of new functionalities and processes across all HCM modules.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for colleagues on system functionalities.
  • Contribute to change management initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience with Oracle Cloud Applications, specifically Oracle Human Capital Management.
  • Proficiency in writing test scripts, creating reports, and providing 1st line support on system issues.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
