- Be the first point of contact for HR system queries, providing timely and accurate assistance or escalating when necessary.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, collaborating with teams to implement effective solutions.
- Support end-to-end testing of new functionalities and processes across all HCM modules.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for colleagues on system functionalities.
- Contribute to change management initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Previous experience with Oracle Cloud Applications, specifically Oracle Human Capital Management.
- Proficiency in writing test scripts, creating reports, and providing 1st line support on system issues.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
