We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring the electrical systems and equipment within our school are operating efficiently and safely. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and functional environment for students, staff, and visitors.Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
- Performing electrical repairs, installations, and upgrades as needed.
- Troubleshooting electrical problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborating with other maintenance staff to ensure the overall functionality of school facilities.
- Following safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and reporting any significant findings to management.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician or similar role, preferably in a school or institutional setting.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, wiring, and equipment maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Valid electrical license or certification (insert specific requirements if any).
