- Handling potential Tenant by doing consultative selling to find apartment according to their need
- Handling Owner to manage their apartment and find potential tenant in order to optimize their return on investment
- Looking for potential Owner through various channels
- Be an integral part in term of communications between Owner and the potential clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Proven experience as an Sales Executive or similar role (experience in property industry is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Fluent in english is a must
- Well groomed is a must
- Experienced in handling high profile customer
- Good in Communication, Negotiation, and Selling by phone/meeting.
- Working Days: Weekends & Public Holiday (if needed)
- Willingness to spend time out of the office or mobile working
