- Identify and target potential B2B and B2G clients in the market who could benefit from our HR services.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand the specific requirements and challenges of each client.
- Present and demonstrate our HR services to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting the unique value proposition and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and quotations tailored to the needs and preferences of each client.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to ensure win-win outcomes and maximize sales revenue.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the sales manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B and B2G sales, preferably in selling HR services or related solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and trends.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
