Sales Representative - HR services B2B

The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our HR services to both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Government (B2G) clients. Strong marketing, sales, and negotiation skills are essential to successfully convince new clients to subscribe or purchase our HR services in the market.Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential B2B and B2G clients in the market who could benefit from our HR services.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand the specific requirements and challenges of each client.
  • Present and demonstrate our HR services to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting the unique value proposition and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and quotations tailored to the needs and preferences of each client.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to ensure win-win outcomes and maximize sales revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the sales manager.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B and B2G sales, preferably in selling HR services or related solutions.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and trends.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
