- Manage and lead the recruitment processes and the overall utilization of Recruiters.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures and processes.
- To achieve satisfaction level amongst the staff based on the Employee Engagement Survey.
- To ensure the quality of the recruitment process based on the job offer acceptance rate.
- To ensure the vacancy rate for MCP/FCP and other critical positions are within the targeted rate.
- Lead and manage the delivery of strategic manpower planning and recruitment activities to meet the Bank's talent needs.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on recruitment related matters including staff movement/placement etc.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and customer service standards.
- Responsible for recruitment or contract renewal of senior level positions i.e., Head and above.
- Responsible for employment branding
- Recognized Master's Degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration/Management or other related discipline.
- Min 5 years working experience in the areas of recruitment and selection
- Demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality, possess attention to details and strong abilities to set priorities and meet strict deadlines.
