- Develop, write, edit, and produce responses to Solicitations, SOQs, RFQs, RFPs, and ITBs.
- Research, technical content, graphics, page layout, and design.
- Organize information in a professional and credible manner.
- Create strategic and persuasive content to support project.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and present it in a clear and compelling way.
- Translate technical and other ideas into understandable text.
- Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval and contributing proposal status information during review meetings.
- Source and support bid opportunities for new business and government contracts.
- Attend pre-proposal meetings and debriefings as needed.
- Assist with other business development/marketing functions, as necessary.
- Maintaining consistency in proposal writing by following company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, journalism, or related field.
- Excellent written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the Federal market and government proposals
- Strong writing and research skills and great attention to detail
- Strong strategic planning abilities
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
