Handle all incoming calls and mails related to customer requests, enquires and etc.
處理所有與顧客要求、查詢等相關電話及電郵
Provide excellent customer service to customers
為顧客提供優質客戶服務
Handle and support daily administrative work of the department
處理及支援部門日常行政工作
Handle ad-hoc projects as required
處理部門主管委派工作

Job Requirement 要求:

Form 5 / HKDSE or above
中五 / HKDSE 畢業或以上
Previous customer service experience preferred，Fresh graduates are welcome
具客戶服務經驗優先考慮，亦歡迎應屆畢業生
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese work processing
良好中文及英文讀寫能力; 熟悉電腦操作及中文打字
Proactive, responsible, able to work independently with good telephone manners
主動、有責任心、能獨立工作及良好電話禮儀
Immediate available is highly preferred

Working Hour 工作時間:

Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00; Alternate Saturday_ 09:00 – 16:00
星期一至五 09:00 – 18:00; 長短週_星期六 09:00 – 16:00
