We are looking for an experienced Chief Engineer to join our team at the Atlantica Eleon Grand in Zante island. The Chief Engineer oversees engineering projects, manages teams, and ensures the successful execution of engineering activities. Responsibilities Manage and supervise the engineering teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals. Develop and implement maintenance programs, schedules, and procedures Conduct regular inspections of the hotel facilities and equipment to identify and address any maintenance issues Coordinate with other departments to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks Oversee and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures Understanding of budgeting processes and cost control measures to ensure efficient use of resources. Manage and maintain proper inventory levels of spare parts and supplies Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's engineering strategy. Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field Proven experience in a similar maintenance management role within the hospitality industry Extensive experience in engineering roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of engineering principles and practices. Excellent problem-solving skills to address engineering challenges and make critical decisions. Fluent in English Awareness of and adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
