- Drive business development initiatives, and focus on establishing strategic collaborations with overseas education institutions.
- Introduce courses to key markets in South Asia, Southeast Nit, and Central Asia.
- Contribute to the growth of the Academy by supporting the development of reads.
- Facilitate introductions between the Academy and overseas universities, colleges, and higher education institutions within your network. Cultivate collaboration opportunities by establishing courses with prospective partnering institutions and creating pathways for students to pursue their education in Singapore through the Academy.
- Perform thorough due diligence and business feasibility assessments for prospective collaborations, ensuring a strategic and informed approach to new partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and, when needed, engage external consultants to formulate business models for potential collaborations.
- This involves a concerted effort to integrate internal expertise with external insights for the development of successful partnership strategies.
- Work closely with Assistant Oean (Regional Office) and key stakeholders in the academic functions to ensure that all collaboration strategies not only align with but also actively contribute to meeting the rigorous academic standards of the Academy.
- Operationalize the courses delivered overseas once new collaborations are established.
- Drive close collaboration with key stakeholders within Academy to ensure academic quality, integrity, and operational effectiveness.
- Oversee and implement the operational aspects of delivering courses, ensuring that services to collaborating partners and students align with contractual agreements and adhere to the high standards and requirements set by the Academy.
- With the help of Assistant Dean {Regional Office} ensure that collaborating partners adhere to the Academy's academic policies and standards in the delivery of courses.
- With the help of the Assistant Dean (Regional Office) conduct periodic reviews and audits on partners to ensure that teaching and teaming experience are of required standards.
- Oversee all financial matters pertaining to partners, including the management of invoicing and
- With the help of the Assistant Dean (Regional Office) conduct an annual review of student outcomes, enrollment numbers, and identification of key issues arising from the collaboration to assess the performance of the partners.
- Compile necessary data and information for internal reporting within the Academy and for submission to regulators.
- Support academy to ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by academy from time to time.
- Degree
- 8 years of experience
- Relevant experience working in the region is preferred
- Strong project management & .analytical skills
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications
- The role entails frequent international travel for work purposes.
