OFFICE OF THE DEAN OF SCHOOL OF BUSINESSGeneral Clerk (23240573)Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to day-to-day office administration;
  • Handle room booking and compile usage reports;
  • Assist in management of the School’s facilities;
  • Provide administrative and secretarial services to committees/projects; and
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Completed post-secondary education with two years of related work experience;
  • Good command of English and Chinese (including spoken English and Putonghua);
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated, pleasant and a good team player; and
  • Proficiency in computer application such as MS Office.
The initial appointment will normally be made on a fixed-term contract of two years which will be renewable subject to mutual agreement.Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.Application Procedure:
