- Develop and implement sales initiatives to drive growth in the assigned Electronics segment
- Collaborate with cross-borders teams to ensure alignment on pricing strategies, product specification and supply chain management
- Analyze market/competition activities and industry requirements to sustain long-term growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the accounts
- Negotiate and close deals with customers
- Work closely with functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management on key account performance and growth potentials
- Identify new business opportunities and build up plans to capitalize on them
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Participate in tech-day and customers seminars to promote our solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Map out and regularly update the value chain of key customers in Electronics
- Identify areas where we can add value and improve their supply chain efficiency
- Monitor the expansion and relocation of international Electronics OEM/ FATP/ Components manufacturers into SEA
- Minimum bachelors degree majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Chemistry, Engineering or equivalent professional qualification
- At least 5 years of working experience within the industrial B2B Sales/Business development, with preferably 2 years focused in Electronics.
- Sales experience with direct customers, sales experience with technical products, & understanding of value chains
- Background within adhesives/tapes would prove to be a strong added advantage.
- There is a need to be fluent in Korean, as this role will liaise significantly with the Korean Market and play a client facing role with the firms enterprise customers in the region.
- Ability to lead, communicate effectively and lead the organization’s growth efforts in the market would be highly valued.
