Join us in delivering exceptional design solutions in cabinetry, kitchens, and baths.Job Summary:As a Cabinetry, Kitchen, and Bath Designer, you will leverage your expertise in design software and interior design principles to provide outstanding design solutions to our clients. This role involves close collaboration with sales teams and project managers to ensure seamless project executions from concept to completion. Specialization opportunities include working with builders, residential clients, or walk-in customers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Consultation: Provide expert advice and design solutions to retail, builder, and commercial clients, ensuring their vision is realized efficiently.
  • Client Engagement: Manage client interactions from initial contact through design finalization, ensuring a personalized and responsive service.
  • Sales and Relationship Building: Drive sales through effective client presentations and diligent follow-ups. Aim to convert leads into sales and foster long-term relationships.
  • Project Documentation: Prepare detailed designs and documentation for new projects, ensuring all specifications align with client needs and internal standards.
  • Installation Oversight: Monitor project installations to guarantee client satisfaction, promptly address issues, and ensure high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least two years of professional experience in kitchen and bathroom design. Familiarity with cabinetry sales, design for new constructions, and appliance sales preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ProKitchen, 2020 Design, MS Office, and G-suite. Experience with Netsuite and NKBA accreditation is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities with a proven track record of successful presentations and sales closures.

  • Base Salary: $52,000.00 - $111,792.00
