Together we make sure our Red Bull HR teams stay cutting edge and ahead of the market.After an intensive onboarding in our global Reporting & Data Quality Team you'll own and lead the implementation & maintenance of the global BI/BW HR Reporting solution (f.ex.: Headcount Reporting, Compensation Reporting etc.).You can expect a challenging opportunity in an international and dynamic environment.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT OF EXISTING BI/BW HR SOLUTIONSYou'll be responsible to manage enhancements projects and change requests for our existing BI/BW HR solutions. You'll identify areas for simplifications and cooperate with IT on changes required. You'll ensure internal documentation is up to date.Additionally, you'll support the user authorisation process for BI/BW solutions and be responsible for the incident coordination.IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW BI/BW HR SOLUTIONSYou'll run projects to implement new BI/BW HR solutions paying attention to the agreed timeline. You will start from the business concept and be responsible for capturing, clarifying, and writing all the requirements. You'll coordinate with IT for the implementation and then test the report. Finally, you will create supporting training materials.STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSIn this exciting role youll engage with HR teams to get an understanding of their needs and challenges. In addition, you will closely work with our other HRIS Centers of Expertise and act as an important interface for our IT partners.ExperienceYour areas of knowledge and expertiseThat matter most for this role:
  • University / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Economics or similar
  • Quick learner, self-motivated and able to structure the work independently.
  • Data-savvy, strong analytical skills and attention to details combined with a great interest in seeing how data is used in the HR context (for example: how KPIs are created or how different systems interact).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to share and capture information as well as address all levels within the HR and other Red Bull departments.
  • Practical experience in running projects, reporting and analysis tools - ideally within HR. Experience in tools such as BI/BW SAP HR queries or SAP HR would be beneficial.
  • Open minded team player with the ambition to grow.
  • Travel: 10-20 %

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
