If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you to join our team as our new Group Sustainability Manager.A bit about your new role:As the Group Sustainability Manager, you'll participate in transforming Royal Unibrew to a global leader in sustainable beverages. Working closely with our Executive Management, you'll craft and implement innovative strategies that not only drive financial performance but also enhance our environmental footprint and strengthen local communities.Your main tasks will be:Strategic Innovation:

Lead the development and execution of sustainability strategies.
Provide insights on emerging trends and technologies to stay ahead of the curve.

Data Mastery:

Dive deep into environmental assessments and turn insights into actionable strategies.
Advocate for robust data collection systems to drive meaningful progress.

Empowering Collaboration:

Foster partnerships with stakeholders to work towards shared sustainability goals.
Champion a culture of collaboration and innovation within and outside the company.

Providing Background, Trends, and Input:

Offer strategic insights and recommendations to top-level decision-makers.
Challenge policies and targets to drive continuous improvement in sustainability practices.

Assessing and engaging with Suppliers

Evaluate supplier sustainability performance and capabilities.
Drive initiatives to promote sustainable practices throughout the supply chain.

Supporting Royal Unibrew’s Markets:

Provide guidance and support to regional teams on implementing sustainability initiatives.
Tailor strategies to meet the unique challenges and opportunities of local markets.

Communicating Progress:

Develop compelling communication strategies to showcase sustainability achievements.
Use storytelling to engage stakeholders and inspire action towards a sustainable future.

We hope you can recognize yourself in the below wishing list:

Bachelor's degree or higher in from the university or business school
Demonstrated project management skills, adept at prioritization, and capable of executing multiple initiatives simultaneously with cross-functional teams and external partners effectively.
Sustainability knowledge
Proficient in analytical and data-based decision-making.
Keen awareness and understanding of sustainability trends, technologies and concepts such as circular economy, including knowledge of sustainability standards and principles such as LCA, SBTi, GHG, PEF, CDP, ECOVADIS and relevant legislation such as CSRD, PPWR, etc.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Also, strong skills in MS Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering engagement and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
Comfortable navigating between high-level strategy formulation, policy preparation, and governance, while also being hands-on and capable of providing data-driven insights.
