JELY GROUP is hiring a high-performing Sales Manager in Abidjan (Ivory Coast) to help meet the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. The company produces and distributes audiovisual content.Responsibilities
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team • Offer platforms for the distribution of programs that are produced or distributed by the Company (TV shows, movies, etc.) for distribution or sponsorship by advertisers. • Deal with broadcast platforms (VOD or linear channels or with advertisers). • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field • Good knowledge of medias • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skillsApplication : Resume and salary expectations to send to info@jely-group.com
