工作職責:
  • 帶領團隊提供親切及優質的客戶服務
  • 確保以有效的方式實現客戶服務關鍵績效指標成(KPI)
  • 專業處理客戶來電查詢及客戶投訴
  • 主動向經理提供有關提高客戶服務水平的反饋
  • 準確記錄所有通話記錄
  • 準備相關報告
工作要求:
  • F.7 或以上,2年或以上的團隊領導經驗
  • 有醫療/美容行業經驗者優先
  • 流利的廣東話和普通話
  • 具業務開發與推展經驗、數字邏輯及行政文書能力佳者
  • 以客戶為本,積極的工作態度
  • 良好的人際關係和溝通技巧
  • 成熟、積極進取,能夠在最少的監督下解決問題
  • 精通電腦技能,包括Microsoft Office,中文文字處理是必須的
  • 能即時上班會被優先考慮
Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Call centre teams to achieve different targets
  • To ensure agents are meeting the Key Performance Indicators achievements in an effective and productive way
  • Handle Outbound call and complaint enquiries professionally
  • Proactively provide feedback to manager on improving customers service level
  • Maintain accurate records on all call logs
  • Prepare relevant reports
  • Provide clerical duties and support ad hoc task as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • F.7 or above with minimum 2 years’ solid experience in team leader role
  • Experience in Beauty industry will be an advantage
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Customer-focused with positive working attitude
  • Good in interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature, aggressive and able to solve problems under minimal supervision
  • Proficient in PC skills, including MS Office, Chinese Word Processing is a Must
  • Immediate available is preferred
