CIMA+ is seeking a talented future engineer and leader to join our team as an infrastructure intern. You will actively participate in the design and preparation of plans and specifications for condition assessment and rehabilitation projects, linear infrastructure, municipal engineering, site development, and also participate in the civil team for major projects that emphasize quality and sustainable development. Getting the experience and exposure in the industry, come join us and learn what engineering is all about.Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in the civil design and preparation of drawings and specifications
  • Participate in the realization of studies or technical reports
  • Assist the engineers by performing tasks that require precision in the production of the required data
  • Using advanced computer software and technologies support in design and engineering drawings production
  • Solve technical problems requiring research and in-depth analysis
  • Assume responsibility for compliance with the quality assurance system
  • Site visit might be required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree student in civil engineering
  • Mastery of design and calculation tools
  • Knowledge of civil design norms and standards
  • Knowledge of software: MS Office, AutoCAD (an asset), Civil 3D (an asset), Microstation (an asset), and InRoad (as asset)
  • Excellent ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good communication and writing skills.
