The team has considerable experience with complex and high profile transactions, as well as cross-border transactions. Requirements - 2+ PQE - Well developed and capable lawyer with a strong commercial acumen - Recent and relevant experience working on corporate energy transactions and deals - Strong team player, able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively and demonstrate a willingness to learn and be self-motivated As the successful Corporate Energy Lawyer you will be trusted with responsibility and will be given the support to develop into a first class transactional lawyer.
