Operating from over 60 locations around the world, this market leading business prides itself on its impressive growth, innovation and investment.Reporting to the CFO, this role has overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of company strategy and is expected to analyse figures and implement recommendations based on these findings with the most profitable outcomes. Managing and leading the team through month end, year end and annual budgeting.Day to day you will be responsible for the following;Financial Lead for Business Area - Business Plans, Budgets, Forecasts, Monthly AccountsMonthly, quarterly, annual submissions as part of the standard financial cycleEfficiency in the production of the accounts, automated and streamlined with associated KPIs / metrics and to focus on continuous improvement of reportingEnsure that all operational month end accounts are accurate and have a full understanding of any deviations from flash / budget and any future impacts of current deviationsContinually challenge the financial results with the unit manager and operations management Collate, challenge and report the effects of any disruption to the business immediately to aid fast decision making to reduce EBIT effect Assist in cost control and cost reduction projectsAssist in Capex budgeting, forecasting and preparation Robust, fit for purpose accurately reported Balance SheetRobust financial Stock Control & Reporting Commercial focusTo be considered, you must have the following;You will be a qualified accountant with a strong background as a Finance Business Partner/Finance ManagerYou must be either ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualifiedAbility and proven track record of people managementProven track record of delivering change managementAudit exposureProactive, energeticYou will ideally have SAP experience however this is not essentialRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
