- Partner with assigned business units to deliver value-added human capital management services
- Guide the recruitment and selection process in accordance with policy and procedures
- Provides advice and guidance on workforce alignment to organizational strategy
- Enable optimal employee well-being by providing a welfare and counselling service
- Provide guidance on the resolution of problems or disputes between the employer and employee
- Provide a Human Capital administration service including data management, storage, analysis and integrity
- Promotes training/learning and development.
- Ensure the alignment of individual performance with organizational performance
- Undertakes special projects as determined by the business need

- Represents and/or provide assistance to any of the higher Senior Human Capital positions in the Municipality.

- Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Management or any other related and equivalent qualification.
- Valid motor vehicle driving license.
- 2 Years relevant experience.

- Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Management or any other related and equivalent qualification.
