Duties and Responsibilities:- Provides reception, scanning and general operations support;- Greet and direct all visitors including clients, vendors, and job candidates;- Answer switchboard, greet clients, and open firm;- Attend to outgoing mail and couriers;- Maintain tidies and restock common areas such as the kitchen and lobby;- Book and schedule boardrooms;- Close files and send to storage;- Organizing and maintain supply room;- Additional duties as assigned.Requirements:- 1+ years of experience working in a Legal Administrative role;- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams);- An aptitude for using various Document Management Systems and other technological applications;- Ability to lift and move file boxes (up to approx. 30 lbs);- Professional and welcoming demeanor;- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;- Demonstrative customer service skills;- Ability to work well in a team; and- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
