1. Approves the work schedules of the Maintenance crew. Changes schedules as business needs change
2. Develop preventative Maintenance programs along with the safety leader
3. Schedules repair and maintenance of all equipment
4. Approve requisition of new equipment, maintenance contracts, and tools
5. Travels to all the Distribution Centers as needed
6. Maintains the security and maintenance of all A&A stores
7. Approves the use of third-party contractors as needed- plumbing, electrical, HVAC, security, exterminator, landscapers, snow removal, window washers, janitorial, etc….
8. Support the continual improvement of the KAO work process within each facilityRequirementsKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1. Minimum of 3 years experience in Maintenance activities in Operations2. Demonstrated proficiency in Managing a team and projects
3. Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC 2 to 5 years
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment:Must be able to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and be attentive to details. Requires 30-35% Travel.

1. 2-5 years’ experience in Construction or Maintenance, in a manufacturing or distribution company
2. Electrical- Plumbing and HVAC experience 2 to 5 years
3. Strong strategic thinking skills to support the implementation and execution of the project
4. Influencing ability – makes a persuasive argument for/against a decision using data
5. Communication – both written and verbal; equally able to explain project goals and objectives to those within and outside the function
6. Attention to detail – goes the extra step to pursue all avenues of analysis
7. Project management & organizational skills – able to set multiple work priorities in a logical order.
8. Ability to research best practices and solutions
9. Creative mindset/problem solver – ability to look beyond current procedures for improvement opportunities
10. Positive attitude and personality – able to energize the team to complete projects
Education & Experience:
1. At least a two-year degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent from a college or technical school, or 3 to 5 years of related experience within Operations or a Distribution Center.
2. Knowledge of overall business strategy and operations including business processes, revenue and cost components and drivers of these measures, profitability and return on investment modeling, and general business modeling.Benefits:
