We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.Inserted in a dynamic and cross-functional environment and thanks to the deep understanding of the oncological therapeutic area, The Medical Science Liaison is a highly competent scientific person who is primarily responsible for responding to the scientific and clinical needs of scientific experts (SE) and clinical expert (CE).He/she cultivates internal networks and cooperates effectively between functions, including working closely with other colleagues in the field. He/she embraces change, exercises strategic agility with evolving business needs and uses innovative resources. MSL can shape the future of healthcare by providing the necessary information that addresses important clinical and scientific issues.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identification of SEs/CEs and development of relationship with them
  • Provide deep and advanced disease state and product expertise to SE/CE
  • Engage in continuous learning within their therapy area, through literature search, participation in scientific congresses etc.
  • Communication of scientific intelligence and clinical insights
  • Respond to unsolicited request, also at congresses
  • Participation in consultant meetings
  • Drive digital innovation in engaging customers
  • Demonstrate strategic analysis, planning, and prioritization to maximize efficiency
  • Communicate actionable customer/clinical insights to internal Lilly medical and cross functional teams
Basic Qualifications
  • Master or PHD is required
  • Previous experience in Oncology Therapeutic Area or as Medical Science Liaison is preferred
  • English proficiency (written and oral): C1
