Drive device and process module development working in a cross-functional team
Design, plan and execute experiments for development of new processes and process flows
Create DOEs and analyze electrical, optical and process control data
Perform metrology tasks, such as SEM, AFM or ellipsometry
Engage in partnerships with suppliers to develop and qualify new production processes
Document and present results
Requirements
Master or PhD in physical sciences or engineering
Minimum 3 years industry experience in Photonics/Semiconductor/Optics fields, preferably in product/process development
High proficiency in statistical data analysis for product development with knowledge of statistical data analysis tools (JMP) and/or Python/SQL
Proven ability in coordination and management of own projects or complex tasks
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, ready to deal with rapidly shifting priorities
Solid interpersonal and communication skills and team working attitude
Creative, motivated, critical-thinking, and hands-on attitude with the drive to tackle hard challenges and with attention to details
Fluent English (spoken and written) with strong verbal and written technical communication skills

A 1-1.5 hour phone interview with 1-2 members of the hiring team to deep dive into the core skills requirements.
An on-site visit to interview with and meet many members of the team that you would be working in. This often includes lunch and gives you a strong sense of the company culture and individuals.
Then, both parties take their decisions!
