- Maintain on going customer relationships.
- Attend sales meetings.
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional work area.
- Salesperson primary mission is to drive business for the themselves and the company.
- Work with phone, email, and texts to provide customers with the information to make purchasing discussions.
- Work to develop a warm lead into a hot lead and hot lead into a sold customer.
- Work to ensure repeat business and develop referrals from past customers
- Know "why people buy" and how to sell different types of people!
- Have knowledge of the company sales and credit policies.
- Build rapport and trust in person or over the phone.
- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge.
- Be familiar with competitive products and comparisons.
- Give high quality and impactful product demonstrations.
- Follow your deals from start to finish, keeping you customer informed along the way.
- Walk and inspect sold units prior to customer pick up.
- Make a personal and personalized delivery of the new unit.
